Sweet Potato Casserole

Bake: 350°F
Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
Casserole
□ 2, 4oz Cans of Sweet Potatoes (Drained)
□ ¼ C Melted Butter/Margarine
□ ½ C Honey
□ ½ tsp. Vanilla
□ ⅓ to ½ C of Milk
□ 1 Beaten Egg

Topping
□ ½ C Honey
□ ¼ C Flour
□ 3 Tbsp Melted Butter

Directions
The Casserole
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F

Step 2
Mix together sweet potatoes, melted butter, honey, vanilla, milk and egg

Step 3
Pour into un-greased casserole dish

Topping
Step 1
Combine brown sugar, flour, and melted butter in a separate bowl, and spread on top of casserole mixture

Step 2
Heat in oven on 350°F until hot, about 30 minutes or less. Enjoy!
This is a perfect dish to serve alongside at a Thanksgiving meal!

*Optional
– Substitute regular flour for
gluten free flour
– After baking, cover with marshmallows, return to oven and brown marshmallows
