Baked Sweet Potato Fries With Honey Spice Dip

Bake: at 400°F
Time: 30-35 minutes

Ingredients
□ 1 T brown sugar
□ 2½ tsp ground cinnamon, divided
□ ½ tsp ground ginger
□ ½ tsp salt
□ 2 lbs of sweet potatoes, peeled and cut
into shoestrings
□ 1 T canola oil
□ ½ C reduced fat sour cream
□ ½ C plain lowfat yogurt
□ 1 T honey

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2
Mix brown sugar, 2 tsp. of the cinnamon,
ginger and salt in a small bowl.

Step 3
Toss sweet potatoes with oil in large bowl.
Add spice mixture; toss to coat well.

Step 4
Spread sweet potatoes in single layer or shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

Step 5
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until sweet potatoes
are tender and lightly browned, turning halfway through baking time.

Step 6
Meanwhile, mix sour cream, yogurt, honey and
remaining ½ teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl.
Serve sweet potatoes with dip. Enjoy!
