Molasses/Honey Cookies

Molasses/Honey Cookies

A Note to the Editor

Jerry,

I’ve been cooking for 60 years now and I still come across something incredible. My wife has a recipe that has been in her family for a long time. We recently celebrated our 26th anniversary and recipe was old and faded when we met. It is a recipe for molasses cookies. This past Saturday I was going to make 2 batches of cookies for a church function the following day. Turned out that I didn’t have enough molasses for the 2nd batch of cookies so I substituted honey. I now have a new favorite cookie recipe! Feel free to share this recipe.
