Pumpkin Muffins with Honey Butter

Ingredients
The Muffins
□ 15 oz Canned Pumpkin
□ ½ C Salted Melted Butter
□ ¾ C Packed Brown Sugar
□ ½ C Honey
□ 2 Eggs
□ 1 tsp. Vanilla
□ 1¾ C Flour
□ 2 tsp. Baking Powder
□ 2 tsp. Cinnamon
□ 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
□ ½ tsp. Sea Salt
Honey Butter
□ 1 Stick of Softened Butter
□ ½ C Honey (add more or less
to acquire desired taste)
Directions
The Muffins
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F and
line a muffin tin with liners
Step 2
Combine flour, baking powder, sea salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon in a medium bowl
Step 3
In a separate bowl, use a whisk to combine melted butter and canned pumpkin until smooth
Step 4
Add packed brown sugar and honey into pumpkin and butter mixture
Step 5
Whisk in eggs and vanilla
Step 6
Add in dry ingredients to mixture and stir until smooth
Step 7
Pour mixture into muffin tins and smooth out the tops
Step 8
Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until the tops of the muffins are set. Stick a toothpick into the center of a muffin to test if it is done. After baking, take out of oven and let cool completely.
Honey Butter
Step 1
Combine softened butter and honey and blend until completely mixed. Serve with muffins. Enjoy!
