Since 2006, PAm has been a go-to nonprofit supporting relevant, impactful work on behalf of the beekeeping industry and honey bee health.  Over the years we have funded over $12 million of honey bee research and $3.3 million in forage programs-and we are growing!

Project Apis m. is seeking a Development Director to work with our small, remote team of seven to secure the financial resources necessary for PAm to achieve our mission.  This is an exciting role for someone who is energized to work with donors, beekeepers, brands and supply chain leaders to drive progress through supporting bee health research.

Position highlights:

• Build a development plan that encompasses solicitation and stewardship of major donors and corporate sponsors to sustain and expand the goals of PAm’s strategic plan.

• Maintain and grow a corporate engagement kit and marketing plans to initiate and maintain corporate donor relationships

• Represent Project Apis m. at 4-8 state, regional or national beekeeping or supply chain meetings annually.

• Developing messaging to include in presentations that promotes our mission and engages donors

• Work as part of the leadership team to develop activities, ideas and solutions in PAm’s strategic plan
